Fancy Edu is an independent online educational platform offering practice assessments, learning resources, progress tracking and other learning tools.

Fancy Edu is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NSW Department of Education, ACARA or any official examination authority.

Users must provide accurate information when registering an account.

Parents and carers should assist and supervise children when appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

You agree to use Fancy Edu responsibly and for lawful educational purposes.

Users must not:

• Share accounts without authorisation.
• Copy or distribute protected educational content without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
• Use automated tools to extract substantial amounts of content without permission.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful behaviour.

Fancy Edu provides learning materials for educational and practice purposes.

We aim to provide accurate and helpful content, but cannot guarantee that every resource is complete, error-free or suitable for every student’s needs.

Trial Tests are designed to support learning, familiarisation and self-assessment.

Practice scores, progress indicators and predictions do not guarantee results in official examinations or admission to any school.

Fancy Edu may offer virtual coins, achievements, decorations and other learning rewards.

Virtual rewards are intended for entertainment and motivation. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any separate rules governing reward features will be displayed within the platform.

Where paid services are offered, prices, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.

Any applicable refunds and consumer remedies are addressed in our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, illustrations, branding, software and educational materials provided by Fancy Edu belong to their respective rights holders.

Users may access the content for permitted personal educational purposes but may not reproduce or commercially distribute it without authorisation.

We may update, improve or modify platform features.

Occasional maintenance or technical issues may affect service availability.

Changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant purchase terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Fancy Edu is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
